In opelcucid city there is a man in a house at the second etage who is saying something about a futuristic place. He asks for a pokemon with the move charge. I gave him my luxray but he said that wasn't a pokemon of that futuristic place. What pokemon do you need to give to him?
You need a pokemon from the opposite game. So if you have white, a pokemon from black that knows charge would be what you need. Hope this helps!:)
