In BW, which rock Pokemon are obtainable* before defeating Burgh?

The only Rock type available at that point is Roggenrola, which is found back in Wellspring Cave. All the other available Rock types (Dwebble and the two fossil Pokemon) are found shortly after beating the gym, in the Desert Resort and Relic Castle, respectively.

Well, if you're just looking to beat Burgh, there's also Woobat and Pidove, or Pansear if you have the time to look for it.
