Can't collect Mega Stone Gift?

I participated in the tiny tourney and battled more than three times. Serebii said today I could collect my prize of Mega Stones so I logged in to PGL but it said my account wasn't qualified. Why is this happening?

You can't receive the mega stones because the Tiny Tourney is over.
