Glaceon vs Cryogonal?

I need an ice type for the gym in opelucid and i'm confused between glaceon and cryogonal.
WHICH SHOULD I TAKE?
Here's my team if it helps:
Samurrot
Pinsir
Ampharos
Chandelure
Gliscor

Its a Nuzlocke.

Cryogonal is good for special defense and speed while Glaceon is good for defense and special attack.

Compare their stats
Cryogonal
HP: 80 ATK and DEF same stats: 50 Sp. Atk: 95 Sp. Def: 135 Speed: 105
Cryogonal has high Special Defense and Speed so, if you want fast Pokemon I will recommend Cryogonal well, it's kinda good Pokemon
Glaceon
HP: 65 Atk: 60 Defense: 110 Sp. Atk: 130 Sp. Def: 95 Speed: 65
Glaceon has high defense and special attack but, its speed is low so, I recommend Glaceon for special attacks and I recommend Cryogonal for special defenses.

Cryogonal can learn recover, and that alone makes it better than Glaceon. Recover will save you a lot of time and money from getting potions. While it is true that Cryogonal's special attack is lower, recover is more than worth the 35-point difference.
