Regarding the rockruff that you can get through distribution for ultra sun and moon?

can you get a female rockruff & still evolve it into dusk lycanroc, or is it just ash's rockruff you get?

a special, event-exclusive Rockruff evolves into Dusk Form Lycanroc from 5:00 PM to 5:59 PM.

So, yeah, that's the only one that can evolve into dusk Lycanroc.
