Is Marshadow Available in Australia?

I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, but I'm a bit confused. It says to pick Marshadow up at a local GameStop, but we have EbGames in Australia. Can I still pick it up on October 9th?

According to Serebii, Marshadow has only been/announced to be released in Japan, North America and Europe. Sorry :\
