I do have Pokemon Bank, and I don't believe transferring Eggs is possible (I thought I tried that), but I can try for you because I'm not 100% certain.

Trading Eggs is possible, but you cannot do it on the GTS or Wonder Trade. It is limited exclusively to Link Trades. I did this yesterday, so can confirm.

That’s helpful because I was going to trade some eggs from one game to another. It doesn’t surprise me that this wouldn’t work on GTS/Wonder Trade.

No, it isn't possible to transfer eggs. You need to hatch the egg in your game, later put the hatched Pokemon in the bank. I hope I helped.
