Can I still get another dusk form lycanroc ?

once I got Pokemon ultra moon I got the event rockruff but if I restart the game would I still be able to get another one or ?

You MIGHT be able to breed for a Rockruff with Own Tempo.

if you get a female and breed it with ditto then you can have more than one in a game, and you can also trade from ultra sun to ultra moon ,or vise versa, to have more than one. hope I helped!
