Thunder Fang is its Egg Move. So, if your Lycanroc is female, breed it with a male Pokémon that knows the move (i.e. Jolteon).
If it's not female, just breed your Lycanroc with Ditto UNTIL you get it to be female. Then, repeat the above steps.
