Is Decidueye somewhat based off of Robin hood?

Robin Hood was an archer, so you can say any archer is similar to Robin Hood.

Yep, maybe. They both archers with extreme precision and stealth, but there's no Pokédex entry that mentions anything similar with Robin Hood's most famous behaviour, even If I can imagine this about Decidueye (stealing from rich royalties and giving them to the poor peasants). I mean, I give sumwun's words. :)
