Normalium Z Move false swipe?

in Pokemon ultra sun I was wondering if the normalium z's move would have the same effect as false swipe if it was affecting false swipe? Thanks in advance

When a Pokémon is holding Normalium Z and uses its Z-Power, False Swipe turns into Breakneck Blitz and has base power 100

Does not seem like it.

Because when False swipe turn into Z-False swipe , It will no longer become False swipe. It will become Breakneck blitz of 100 base power
