Where's a magnetic filed area in Pokemon sapphire?

Trying to evolve nosepass and don't know where there is a magnetic field area.

There is none in Sapphire; Probopass wasn't introduced until Diamond and Pearl, so it doesn't exist in Ruby and Sapphire.
