  1. Leave your Pokemon on the isle evelup to have your Pokemon train and get level up while you continue your journey.
    TURN ON YOUR EXP. SHARE TO DO THESE METHOD
  2. Battle some strong wild Pokemon on Poni Plains.
  3. SOS battle against Chansey! Chansey gives the most experience points of all. SOS battle Chansey to level up your Pokemon quickly.
  4. Battle again and again against the elite four and champion.
  5. Give your Pokemon lucky egg and rare candy.
  6. Feed your Pokemon rainbow bean to get at least 2 affections, so the experiences will boosted.
    I suggest using method 3.
