How can I get into the Snowpoint Temple?

I completed the Sinnoh Dex yesterday. Now I'm trying to get into Snowpoint Temple and get the Regis. However, I'm not able to enter it. Is there anything that I'm doing wrong, or not doing at all?

In general, you can just walk up to the trainers and talk to them. If you haven't beaten them before, then they should challenge you.
As for your case, which specific Pokemon have you not seen? I can help you find the trainers that used them.

Not an answer to the question, but, instead of looking for every trainer that you missed and just hope that at least some of them will have Pokemon that will help you fill up your dex, it'd probably be a lot easier to find what Pokemon you don't have in your dex, and then look at all of the areas that trainers are located and try to find a trainer that has that Pokemon.

There is no way to tell but if you are trying to get the Regis then you must have beaten the game by now, so I would just fly there

@lonely whatever That's not how it works in Platinum. In Platinum, you get access to the Snowpoint Temple by seeing or obtaining every Sinnoh Pokemon, not by beating the game.

I actually found all the pokemon, but sumwun brought up something interesting. I did complete the Sinnoh Dex, but I'm still not able to go into the Snowpoint Temple. I'm going to change the question.

Unfortunately, you need to have the National dex, and for that to get the National DExto happen, you need to have seen every Pokemon in the Sinnoh dex. After you see every Pokemon, go to Professor Rowan in Sandgem Town, and he'll give you the National dex. Right after, Professor Oak walks in, and allows you to find him at his temporary home in Eterna City, where you can the trac the Legendary Bird Trio, but that's another thing entirely. After that, go ahead to Snowpoint Temple, and Candice will give permission for you to go in. There is, at the bottom, a sealed Regigigas who can only be unlocked by the legendary titan trio, which requires the Regigigas from the Pokemon 13th Movie distribution.

EDIT: I just read your question a bit more, and here's your answer: As you have already seen every Pokemon in the Sinnoh Dex, you just need to talk to Professor Rowan in Sandgem Town to get the National Dex you need to get into the temple.

To get Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres, the player needs to talk to Professor Oak at Eterna City, not Sandgem Town.
