How to see manaphy in Pokemon x?

Hi. So I need manaphy to complete my dex and I know that you can only get it through Pokemon ranger and events, both of which I don't have access to, but does anyone know how too SEE manaphy, as I am hopeful that someone is willing to trade it on the gts, but you can only look for a Pokemon on the gts if you have seen it, so can anyone point me in the right direction??

You can actually search for a Pokemon if it's not seen, with the GTS. Scroll to the bottom on the list of letters, and there should be an option to manually type out a Pokemon name. I think you actually need to trade for it to register, though.

The only way to see/get Manaphy in Pokemon X/Y is to either get one from someone else or hack.

However, you do not need the mythical Pokemon to complete the National Dex. Here is a list of all the Pokemon you do not need to complete it;
