First of all, ROM questions are not allowed on this site. (This isn’t really a ROM question though so it doesn’t matter, but please don’t include the fact that you’e pirating a Pokémon game in your question.) Second of all, there is no Pokémon Refresh in X or Y. Pokémon Refresh was introduced in Sun and Moon, the generation directly after X and Y. There is, however, another’s mode similar to Refresh called “Pokémon-Amie” found on the bottom screen of your 3ds. You don’t unlock Pokémon-Amie, it’s always on your bottom screen.
