Where do I find contest scarves (if possible) in ORAS?

I’ve collected three in-game scarves from different trainers (these including the Blue Scarf, Red Scarf, and Yellow Scarf), yet I still want the Pink Scarf and Green Scarf. Are there any locations in ORAS where I may find these scarves?

You can get the Pink and Green Scarves by showing the chairman of Slateport City's fan club a Pokémon with 200 points or higher in the Cute and Clever stats, respectively.
