Can you get shinies from the 22-hour Pokémon in Quest?

Question

So you know those Pokémon that show up in the top left corner of Home Base every 22 hours? Can they be shiny?

I just got a shiny Growlithe from it, so I assume that you can. Otherwise my game is glitched XP
