Why can't I find the second Buzzwole after I ran away in Pokémon Sun?

So I was on the Ultra Beasts mission and I had to find the second Ultra Beast, Buzzwole in Melemele Meadow. I did encounter the first Buzzwole and captured it, then I encountered another one. My team was really weak, I did try and heal my team up but then I ran away, visited a Pokémon Center and when I returned to Melemele Meadow, I can no longer encounter it no matter what I do...

Just keep searching. You can't progress through the Ultra Beast mission unless you KO or capture the Buzzwoles. use a Pokemon level 20 or over as the first slot in your party then use a repel.

The thing is, I've been searching for like 3 days now...I've used Honey, I've used Pokemon of different levels to see if they'd help (some bloke on Facebook said that'd be the solution but it didn't work) and again, I've been just searching. I have the first Buzzwole and I went to the Detective guy and he said to search in Melemele Meadow but it still doesn't work. I've tried on the places around, too, can't find it.
