If both parents hold power items for different stats, would both be passed down?

I'm trying to breed a Chansey for a battle with a friend. I have a Chansey with good Special Defense IVs, and a Mawile with good Defense IVs. If Both Chansey and Mawile hold the respective power items for Special Defense and Defense, will both IVs be guranteed to be passed down to the offspring Chansey?

No.
The game will randomly choose one or the other parent's stat at a 50/50 rate to pass down. The other stat then still has a chance to be passed down randomly, but it's the same chance as if the other parent wasn't holding anything.
