The sprite between Gold, Silver and Crystal is Orange, but in Generation III is Yellow but is Quite Dark than Original

Because they didn't have a color slightly darker than yellow. They just had orange.
Another reason could be, that they changed some of the shinies going into gen 3. So maybe Pichu was one of them.
