Stealth Rock on Nihilego or Landorus-T?

Question

So I've made an OU team and I need Stealth Rock. And I have 2 Pokemon that learn it, Landorus-Therian and Nihilego. Which do I teach SR? Aka Which Pokemon is more Viable as a Stealth Rock Setter?

Can you also please post movesets so I can use them, and reasons why you picked the one you picked.

That would greatly depend on what you team entails, but since your asking for the more reliable setter, it is easily Landorus-T. :P

Landorus-T offers a variety of niches such as U-Turn, Earthquake, Intimidate, Knock Off, etc. whereas Nihilego has only Beast Boost and Special Defense to its name.
