No, when an attack is affected by No Guard, it skips the accuracy check entirely.

It also hits semi-invulnerable things, except Sky Drop :P

Yes, Golurk will still always be hit, even if it uses Dig. :P

I already battled in the Ultra Spooky Cup with my Bright Powder (itemless) Golurk :( , I can't give it something else anymore (it is locked).
