can I catch a shiny goomy in friend safari? I need a dragon one I think but one I have doesn't have all 3 slots open?

According to Bulbapedia, you can catch Sliggoo but not Goomy in the Friend Safari.

You cannot encounter Goomy in the Friend Safari, but you can encounter Sliggoo. Additionally, you would need a Friend Safari that has it, but other than that, you'd be set.
