Is there a Chansey in X?

Lucky Eggs are from Chanseys. The answer was a video, but I couldn’t watch it as it was unavailable. See my question as well for info.

Chansey is normally unobtainable in XY. You need to get a normal Friend Safari or trade. You can get a lucky egg in Coumarine City.
