Can Gabite call for help in USUM?

I'll accept trades (but it'll take me a few days to get internet connection because I live in the country), but can I chain with gabite to get a HA gabite?

Thanks, but is it possible to get a HA gible on the GTS? I tried to look for one, but the pokemon I received didn't have a HA, It was a fake... so does that mean that I can't get one?

I'm pretty sure you can get another Pokemon in Haina Desert to call a rough skin Gabite.
