Find this Pokemon game!

so back in like, 2005
there was this Pokemon game you played on the PC
was a small disc
it was a "find the Pokemon game" with like the first 3 gens, and the song it played was that "Pokemon go!" song I'll link in a moment
the game was about a whole jumble of Pokemon on your screen, and it gave you one to find I swear this isn't a hallucination
i swear this game has been wiped off the internet but I have to find it for nostalgia's sake

I have not played this game but it sounds like Pokémon Seek & Find. Just a guess that fits your description perfectly, but I hope it helps.
