Is this Japanese Exeggutor Card Rare?

I got this Card ages ago in an XY Pack. It’s in Japanese and I didn’t get it in Japan. Is this card worth more money than a normal exeggutor?

No the card is in japanese but it came from the english version of the set so the price is nowhere as high as the original japanese card and it is a secret rare but just because a card is a secret rare doesn't mean it has a low ratio or is worth way more than the original price but in some cases it is. Unfortunately that is not the case for this card. The original japanese card is worth about $60 in mint condition and probably graded but the english/Japanese version is worth about $1.50 in mint and graded.

At least it is still a cool card with its heads being made up of a lemon, Mr. Potato head with a binky, and an elongated orange.

I found someone on eBay selling the card for 24300 USD. I'm not sure whether anyone would buy it at that price, though.

Also secret rares are worth like 15 bucks. So that is contradictatry to the above which once again credits to Seantendo25. Also a normal non detective pikachu non gx/mega card must have a silver star to be a secret rare so its a rare. Not worth much then sorry.
