Like, Do SM have episode RR? I know USUM does. If not, what does SM have?

Episode RR is only in USUM.

In SM, there is a much shorter postgame mission where you help Looker and Anabel catch the Ultra Beasts and learn a bit of lore along the way. After completing this mission, you can catch Necrozma in Ten Carat Hill.
