i've been looking in the kecleon shops but i haven't found it yet...  & in super,  it costs  1682 poke

yeah, i tried the water, air, grass, mist & sand Continents.... maybe i should try pelipper island as well...

edit: pelipper island didn't have it...  i wonder where or rather when i can get it....

the signal beam tm as well for that matter.... cause i'm looking for that too... i want that one for piplup....
