Why can't I find TM01 in FireRed?

Question

I noticed that I didn’t have TM01 in my TM case. I went over to the 5th floor of Silph Co. only to see that there was nothing there. I already finished the team rocket infiltration event, so I don’t know if items disappear after when you complete it. Focus punch isn’t in my case or in its location. Is this just happening to me?

Oof, that's very possible. I haven't played the game in a year, so my memory is very scattered. I'll feel really stupid if that's the case (it's my first pokemon game as well haha). I'll check but I though you could use TMs more than once.

sumwun is right. Why you thought they were was until bw tms are not reusable but after they were.
