Why can I only catch Jolly ralts in rolling fields?

Which Pokémon is at the front of your party? If a Pokémon with the ability Synchronize is leading the party, then there is a 50% chance for wild Pokémon to have the same nature.

It's just bad luck. there is no in-story feature stopping you from getting other natures. KRLW890 has a good point, though. if your 1st Pokemon has the ability Synchronize and also has a Jolly nature, then the Ralts you want will have a significantly higher chance of having that jolly nature.
