When and where am I most likely to encounter a ralts?

I play Pokemon shield. otherwise, the title says it all.

I got a Ralts before the first gym in a Watchtower Ruins Dynamax Den.

The highest encounter rate for Ralts is in Rolling Fields in the Wild Area. It has a 60% overworld spawn rate in heavy fog. However, it should be noted that heavy fog does not unlock until after you have beaten Leon. Ralts also has a 2% overworld spawn rate in Rolling Fields when there is overcast. I hope I helped!
