Can you raise the PP of Behemoth Blade?

If you were to boost Iron Head's PP, would Behemoth Blade's PP also increase?

Yes.

I used a PP Max on Iron Head and Behemoth Blade is now 8PP. However, when ever I leave a battle after entering Crowned Sword mode and just running without using a move, Iron Head is 8/24 PP. I don't know if it did that with base PP.

The Iron Head PP cut does indeed also happen at the base PO; go into battle as crowned form and IH has only 5PP, even without using it.
