I 100% the dex went to talk the doctor for my certificate and it just shows a black screen on my switch what the fudge
Solution: For some reason if we activate skipping scenes the game will not teach you the diploma. I think it's a mistake because I don't think teaching the diploma is an animation, but at least here's the solution.
