What are the odds of my togepi inheriting hustle?

So I caught a togetic with hustle, and I'm breeding it to see if I can get one with its vastly superior ability, serene grace. most Pokemon with 2 possible abilities have 50-50 chance of having either, but does this ratio change if the parent I'm breeding from has hustle? I did the same thing with malamar a while back as well, and eventually got one with contrary.

Starting in Black 2 and White 2, there is an 80% chance that the offspring's Ability slot is the same as its mother's if the mother was bred with a male Pokémon from the same Egg Group. Starting in Generation VI, this chance is generically applied to any non-Ditto parent.

So each Togepi should have a 20% chance of having serene grace.
