Okay so I fought against a 3 star Snover in a raid battle and it used Ingrain during the fight, but when I looked at the summary and its moveset, Ingrain was nowhere to be found. Has this happened to anyone else? This has never happened to be me before and I'm really confused about it.

I have experienced, repeatedly, that Raid Pokemon can know 5 moves.  I mostly noticed this with the event Snorlaxes, where they knew Zen Headbutt, Iron Head, Body Slam, Crunch, and Rock Slide.
You can use the Move Reminder in any Pokemon Centre to re-teach Ingrain, if you still want the move.

This has been noticed elsewhere on the Internet, so I think PhailRaptor's above explanation is probable. There is a chance it may not actually know the move you want/see in battle. Don't mind me, just taking it off the unanswered table.
