What Pokemon can't you catch in Max Raid Battles?

Question

Are there Pokemon, aside from the starters, fossils and legendaries, that cannot be caught in Max Raid Battles?

edit: Can you catch all the Pokémon in the Galar Dex (except the ones listed above) in Max Raid Battles?

I think they aren’t counting the Mewtwo raids, so just caught probably.

Actually on this website there is a list of obtainable Pokémon in raids and shows you what shows up there. Also there are YouTube videos if your looking for Gmax Pokémon in specific dens.
