Which sync pair should I evolve, Victreebel or Hariyama?

As the title suggests, which sync pair should I evolve, Victreebel or Hariyama?

This is for Pokemon Masters.

My Makuhita is a lower level, and it's more powerful than my Victreebell.

You can do both, its not hard. If you are lacking in evolution crystals and leveling items, do the training areas.

Go with Hariyama first as it is more powerful but getting Evo crystals and level items is not that difficult and you can get Victreebell later.
