Why can't I hatch an HA Eevee?

Question

In Pokemon white 2, I put my male hidden ability Leafeon in the day-care, along with my ditto. Every time I hatch one of the eggs, I keep getting an Eevee with Run Away or Adaptability. On the Pokemon breeding guide on this site, it said that when a male with it's hidden ability is bred with a ditto, it has a 60% chance of passing down it's hidden ability. Is it just by chance that I keep getting non-hidden ability Eevee?

Male and genderless Pokémon cannot pass down Hidden Abilities by any means in Gen 5, only females can. That mechanic was introduced in Gen 6.

i thought this was gen 5 though
