Hello!

In Pokémon Sword, I managed to catch a Gardevoir to use for my in-game team. However, its been a few months, and I still haven't decided on a final move for it. Here is it's current moveset (Sorry I don't know the Evs, if that would be helpful).

Gardevoir @ Pixie Plate
Ability: Trace
Nature: Relaxed (+Def, -Spe)
- Moonblast
- Psychic
- Shadow Ball
-Life Dew / ???

Sorry for having the odd item and nature, but this is simply in-game, as I would've bred a better one if I was going for a competitive approach.

Overall, what should I replace Life Dew with, coverage wise, in-game? With the introduction of TRs, it gets many great moves, like Thunderbolt, Focus Blast, and Energy Ball (though I believe those were obtainable earlier). I'm also willing to replace Shadow Ball.

As always,

 Thanks!

Focus Blast is your best coverage move for two reasons:

  1. Focus Blast covers steels that resist Shadow Ball (or just cover steels in general).

  2. Shadow Ball and Focus Blast (Ghost+Fighting) hit everything for at least neutral damage.

Hope this helped!
