When is the earliest I can use the S.S. Tidal?

Only the S.S. Ticket can be obtained in the game, which the player receives after entering the Hall of Fame.

-beat the game
-talk to norman (father) in Littleroot town
-obtain S.S. Ticket
-all aboard!

-beat the delta episode
-talk to norman in Littleroot Town

this is really all I have to say, and pretty straightforward. but basically, beat the game to access it.
