Diglett-Alola @ Focus Sash
Ability: Tangling Hair
Level: 5
EVs: 236 Atk / 76 SpD / 196 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Iron Head
- Earthquake
- Hone Claws

Iron Head and Earthquake are STAB. Sucker Punch can net you an extra KO, and Focus Sash guarantees a Hone Claws.

Diglett

Diglett @ Life Orb
Ability: Arena Trap
Level: 5
EVs: 236 Atk / 236 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Sucker Punch
- Rock Slide
- Shadow Claw

Diglett has an excellent max Speed of 20, allowing it to almost always go first. It also gets Arena Trap, which allows it to prevent switches (especially to a Flying type or a Pokemon with Levitate, so it can more easily spam E-quake). A Life Orb increases its damage output. Earthquake is highly spammable STAB. Sucker Punch is for priority. Rock Slide hits Flying types. Shadow Claw is additional coverage.

Diglett@Focus Sash
Diglett
Ability:Arena Trap
Nature:Lonely or Naughty
EVs: 236 Atk / 236 Spe
•Stealth Rocks
•Earthquake
•Reversal
•Sucker Punch
Sash allows it to set up rocks, and being at 1 HP makes Reversal have 200 Power, so now all you do is sweep with STAB earthquakes and incredibly powerful reversals. Sucker punch is priority, but not much will outspeed you, so it’s mostly for coverage.

You can have more Speed investment than 196.

Diglett
Diglett @ Focus Sash
Ability: Arena Trap
Level: 5
EVs: 236 Atk / 236 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Agility
- Reversal
- Earthquake
- Memento
Explanation: Well, it's kind of a sweeper and a Memento trapper. So, basically, you trap a bothersome Pokemon that isn't a flying type. Then, you start with an Agility to get +2 speed, outspeeding all of the Pokemon on this speed tier list. Focus Sash gaurantees that you set off an Agility. Reversal will be powerful if Diglett's sash is consumed. Earthquake is STAB. After a +2 speed, you can use Memento to lower the opponent's Attack and Special Attack if they are going to be a bother to your team. If you're up against a Grassy Surge Grookey, you're probably better off straight up using Memento since Grassy Surge Grookey is probably going to have Grassy Glide.
