I've been planning a Hail team for Gen 7 Double Battles (Link Battles and Battle Spot), and I wanted to use Alolan Ninetales to set up Hail with Snow Warning. So I was making an Alolan Ninetales set and became stumped on what my Alolan Ninetales' last move should be. Here's the set:

Ninetales-Alola @ Icy Rock/Light Clay
Ability: Snow Warning
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Blizzard
- Moonblast
- Aurora Veil
- ?

Its role is obviously to set up Hail with Snow Warning. I can't seem to decide on a last move, which I'll want to decide on before I continue trying to breed the perfect Alolan Vulpix. If anyone could tell me some good final move choices, I would greatly appreciate it. If any other info is needed, I'll provide it.

I would recommend Icy Wind or Protect. Icy Wind is an excellent form of speed control, and can greatly hinder opponents. Protect is quite common in Doubles, and can help Alolan Ninetales survive if you predict correctly. It's a good way to block Bullet Punches and other moves, and can allow your ally to get a KO.

Hope I helped!

I would recommend extrasensory or nasty plot extrasensory is poison coverage but ninetails is also fast enough to set up nasty plot those are the two moves I recommend

Hope this helps :)

If you want more damage, use nasty plot. For support, icy wind helps to slow things down. Disable can also work to eliminate powerful moves, and imprison works nicely against other Pokemon with the common moonblast or aurora veil setters. Definitely use light clay. If you want some sort of priority, there is also ice shard. Hope I helped!
