Is kind of impossible as Pokemon with Metronome can't learn Libero or Protean and these two abilities are banned from Metronome battles.

You could use Skill Swap in a doubles battle with the protean/libero mon.

It will switch to normal first, and then the selected move, if it isn’t normal.
