What is a good held item for my Aegislash?

Here is my moveset (for in-game use as of Gen 6)

Shadow Claw (Stab)
Iron Head (stab)
King's Shield
Rock Slide

For an in-game playthrough, items hardly matter. Therefore, you can use really anything you want. You could try an Expert Belt to boost super effective moves, a Spell Tag to power up Aegislash's Shadow Claw, a Metal Coat for Iron Head, or really anything else. As long as it can be used for multiple battles (for instance, not a Focus Sash or Sitrus Berry), then it works.

Leftovers is better becoz you dont have swords dance

This is ingame, where you don't need Leftovers if you can invest in potions. In-game you don't need set-up either.
