How do I register Reshiram after beating Ghetsis (Black 2)?

Question

I've already beaten Ghetsis and heard that back on the frigate someone would show you the legendary dragons (in my case, Reshiram is the important one), but I didn't find her and, therefore, I've already beaten Team Plasma. Is there any way for me to see this grunt again?

Ok so I just checked my Black 2 copy that has beaten the game. I went back to the Plasma Frigate and went to see if he was still there. He was. You must have just not went into the right room because he is there.
