No, there's not a single reason to use it in Ubers.
Most of the teams need a solid Calyrex-Shadow counter, and that is Yveltal.
Urshifu-S despite its dominance in OU, fells short in comparison to Yveltal. Yveltal's typing is much better than Urshifu-S for handling Calyrex-S. Calyrex-S likes to run Substitute+Draining Kiss, which is fatal for Urshifu-S due to its x4 fairy typing.

You can't think to run Assault Vest. While Assault Vest can surely tank 1 or 2 hits, it lacks any kind of recovery meaning it can't consistently switch-in to Calyrex-S.

It is also weak to offensive Yveltal, which has the most usage in Ubers.
Yveltal has the highest usage and #1 with 76%, Zacian-Crowned has #2 with 65% (though it will get banned certainly.) As such, it gets easily beaten by a lot of things and outclassed by Yveltal, which does many thing better than it, especially checking Calyrex-Shadow.

- Can’t counter Xerneas (possible if sashed and has poison jab)
- Can’t counter Zacian-C (who is getting banned to Ag anyway)
- Checks Non-Draining kiss Caly
- Checks Yveltal if running T Punch

Sash on Urshifu-S is weird, and bad. Even if it's Banded, it can't OHKO Xerneas.

Calyrex-S with Draining Kiss is a lot common in Ubers. It has 34% usage of Draining Kiss, which is enough.
Checking Yveltal? That's really weird how it does. Firstly, Thunder Punch can't OHKO it, even with Band. Second, Oblivion Wing can pretty much OHKO it in one shot, and drain all the HP back.

Due to this, I haven't seen a single Urshifu-S over Yveltal in Gen 8 Ubers, at >1400 ELO.
Will it be good there or will it just be a ubers by technicality?
Well, it will be Ubers, but it shouldn't be so good to use in Ubers. Just being Ubers doesn't mean its always viable and good to use. Either, it is judged too strong for OU to handle so it got dumped to Ubers (after Suspect test).
