i have pokemon white and my togepi won't evolve!i did a pokemon massage for 2 days and gave it sooth bell and battle with it,but it didn't evolve!
what should i do?
Raise its Happiness even more. Don't ask me how to raise its happiness, there are enough questions about that as is. Make sure it isn't holding an Everstone.
