Does the togepi egg (received from cynthia) starts with 120 friendship?

I would think it starts with 0 friendship, not sure though. Maybe it does because of the walking required to hatch the egg.

From Gen 2 onward, all Pokemon hatched from eggs start with 120 friendship, this would include the Togepi egg Cynthia gives you in Platinum.
